Video editing is not saturated!
This is the first moment I feel a big demand coming towards my knowledge about editing littrely.
Clients asking me about my openion and guidance.
That's all because of one thing: know WHY to edit instead of HOW.
first time feeling I am getting paid for my knowladge instead of time!
This is how editing videos looks like...
Today I had to edit a business intreview youtube, instead of just deleting dead air and call it a day.
I felt something off and a bit hard to understand the topic.
The problem was with the stracture of the video, so as an editor I had to do my magic
and change the orders of the scenes to make sense of everything!
That's your role as an editor!
I said that I wanted to document my journey but then disappeared 😂
a lot happened tbh in this 20 days
I had to fulfill my client and in the same time doing out reach to find the second one.
20 hot outreach has been sent via email 4 positive replays -1 closed and 1 waiting for my sample edit
Honestly my top priority now is to give my current clients 100% best before I close another one.
@Kamil_AFrames Hell yeah, I noticed you've a good idea of taking photos of the day and post it with a text...
That's a good idea I took from you ahahah
Hormozi deleted the Tony Robbins video and I think I know why
For years the man built everything around one idea.
Suffer. Grind. Find meaning in the pain.
Every video, every book, every quote, same thing in a different outfit.
Then he sits with Tony Robbins and admits he's checked out.
Disconnected from his work. Doesn't feel it anymore.
Said it himself. On camera.
And I watched that and genuinely didn't know what to do with it.
Because you can't tell me to find purpose in suffering for 7 years and then go "yeah I lost the feeling."
And look people change. 7 years is a long time.
That's not the problem.
That's actually what makes someone real.
The problem is what happened after.
He kept pushing the exact same message. Like the podcast never happened.
That's what lost me. Not the vulnerability, the pretending it wasn't there.
Alex is still the goat, this is my read on it.
But if your content says one thing and your life says another people notice.
and once they do, you lose their trust!
the thing is that his entire years was building for one message " you have to suffer" after that podcast it was like destroying his own brand that he built for years the irony he kept pushing the same idea after that podcast me personally I was confused if he even believe what he is still saying
I know I'm crazy but I re-edited the whole YT video for @willtenny1994
The hardest part? Finding the story inside a challenge video.
I could've kept the original cuts, instead I reordered every scene so it actually flows. 👇
@Kamil_AFrames thx for let me know, 100% mate I think the best format for me is analyzing other people content and share the value I enjoy doing that a lot
How real editing looks like vs what you see online!
What you see are all the scenes of raw footage!
The reason why I do this is to keep every scene at its own place!
This allows me to change scenes order, to create a story.
Works for unscripted Yt vid & challenges
