Our communities came together to celebrate the magic of this season! From holiday treats to cheerful activities, we’re thankful for the moments that bring us together.

After months of collaboration, we’re excited to showcase the completed mural created by Linc staff and artist Trinh Mai. What began as a hands-on mural design workshop has become a meaningful piece of art that reflects the growth, resilience, and accomplishments of our residents.
Now installed in the courtyard of Zephyr, one of Linc’s Project Homekey communities in our hometown of Long Beach, the mural features butterflies symbolizing new beginnings and the sense of calm and stability we hope residents experience as they build their next chapter.
Celebrating the season with this incredible team was a highlight of the year! We’re so grateful for the chance to gather, celebrate our collective accomplishments, and enjoy these special moments together.

This milestone ensures that Linc can deliver not only new, affordable housing and nearly 60,000 square feet of community-serving space, but also oversee the creation of new bicycle lanes, sidewalk improvements, and transit upgrades once the construction begins.
We’re excited to share that the Robert K. Ross Center for Hope and Healing has been awarded Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) funding!
#LincHousing#AffordableHousing
This highly competitive program, administered by the State of California’s Strategic Growth Council, represents a significant step forward in securing the financial resources needed to bring the Ross Center to life.
Atlas brought the spotlight to their own courtyard with a fun talent show! We love watching residents support one another and celebrate all the unique skills that make this community special.

We loved seeing our communities gather together to celebrate fall and Thanksgiving last week. From warm meals to autumn activities, we’re thankful for the memories that bring our residents together!

At Linc, affordable housing is just the beginning—and your gift helps create everything that comes after. Make your Giving Tuesday donation today: https://t.co/U9t1WiaSNq
Your support today fuels what’s next:
🔑 The next resident who moves from crisis to stability
📚 The next child who has a quiet place to study
🌱 The next neighbor who builds connection in a shared garden
This season, we’re giving thanks for something extraordinary:
100 affordable housing communities created and thousands of lives changed.
That’s 100 neighborhoods where people are growing, healing, and finding connection.
And it’s all possible because of supporters like you.
Thanks to a $225,000 grant from JPMorgan Chase, Linc will continue to build our capacity to advance long-term environmental equity for low-income communities across California.

Today, we celebrated two grand openings in our hometown of Long Beach! Zephyr and Crescent are our new Homekey sites and we are excited to welcome residents to these communities in 2025. These locations will serve our neighbors who were formerly unhoused.
Welcome Home is our program that provides residents moving into our supportive housing communities with essential items to help them feel at home, including bedding, cookware, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Thank you to everyone who supports our Welcome Home program!
