@Debenhams still waiting for refund. Order returned 7th July - tracked and received. After many follow up emails, communication said refund was to be made on 11th Aug.... guess what , NO REFUND RECEIVED. very poor Debenhams, will not use again.

@SW_Help I have tickets for 0841 fratton to waterloo but connecting trains to Edinburgh cancelled due to storm. Can I transfer my SWR tickets to tomorrow and try again to get to edinburgh? Or can I get a refund and repurchase?

I did find this : You can also use your ticket on any required connecting services if travelling on a different date. I assume that means YES we can break the journey up and get as far as we can on Monday and continue on Tuesday??
