@SouthwestAir needs to figure out their notification system. If we weren’t watching our app like a hawk, we wouldn’t have known our flight was cancelled. We still haven’t received any sort of communication it’s been cancelled.

Same exact thing happened yesterday when trying to go to MI. We didn’t get an email or text it was cancelled until AFTER we should have already been boarding the plane.
