Your @openclaw and AI agent is burning tokens reading the raw web.
HTML, nav bars, scripts, CSS, cookie banners, ads.
62,411 tokens of garbage contain just 824 tokens of content.
I built https://t.co/g3pHu6RtMe to solve it.
Most people spend their lives waiting.
Waiting until they feel confident.
Waiting until they’re ready.
Waiting until the timing is perfect.
Waiting until the fear goes away.
The problem is that moment rarely comes.
The people who build great businesses, strong relationships, and meaningful lives aren’t fearless.
They simply refuse to let fear make the decision for them.
They take the step.
They make the call.
They start the business.
They have the difficult conversation.
Not because it’s easy.
Because they decided the possibility of growth was greater than the comfort of standing still.
After many years at reinteractive, next week I begin a new chapter.
I'll be launching an independent consultancy focused on:
- AI strategy
- Fractional CTO leadership
- Technology review and transformation
- Engineering advisory
- Safe and practical AI adoption
Over the past decades I've worked closely with startups, scale-ups, and established businesses navigating technology decisions, from software architecture and engineering leadership through to the very real questions emerging around AI.
What has become increasingly clear to me is this:
Most businesses do not need more hype around AI, and most businesses don't have a clear strategy when it comes to tech implementation.
They need clarity.
They need someone who can help them:
- Identify real opportunities
- Avoid expensive mistakes
- Modernise safely
- Align technology with business goals
- Make practical decisions in a rapidly changing environment
That is the work I'll be focusing on.
Alongside this, I'll continue growing Technology for Humans, exploring how technology and AI affect the way we work, create, and live.
Melbourne-based. Working remotely with businesses across Australia and internationally.
If you'd like to connect or collaborate, feel free to reach out.

Hey @abcnews what the hell?
You've also turned off comments on your posts. So you are no longer servicing the millions of followers you have on X in preference to a couple of thousand followers on BlueSky?
Auntie is in a sad state.

@bennyjohnson Hey @grok take a snapshot of this video taken in London and estimate how many people are in frame to the nearest 1000, use landmarks and their size and visual density of the people to do the estimate.
Hey @kayosports YOUR NEW UI function of replacing all controls and screen with a “don’t miss a thing” banner makes scrubbing and fast forwarding and backwards on the video to be almost impossible. Please revert this change.
Even the flûte was like “bro… I didn’t know I could do this either” 😭🎵
This absolute legend took the plastic recorder we all suffered through in 6th grade and turned it into Dire Straits’ “Sultans of Swing.”
Zero shame. Maximum talent. The flute is now in therapy.
#SultansOfSwing
This depresses me as an Australian. 3rd place when it comes to the percentage of jobs in Australia that are directly paid for by the government.
We need to build things again, not live of the taxpayer.
This ends badly for Australia unless we change it.
