@MadisonA25101 @AmericanAir Finally an employee named Michael in Aus came to the rescue. (at airport 12 hrs before someone really helped us). don’t know last name but he is a leader/problem solver. you should reward people who actually know what customer service is. FYI We switched to United in the end.
@AmericanAir in Austin and experiencing extreme flight delays. I realize that things happen but the lack of communication AND rude communication by your staff is appalling. You can do better.
@AmericanAir I just spoke to a baggage team member. She says these miscommunications happen everyday. They tell their managers there is an issue and then…nothing ever changes. These are KNOWN problems that can be SOLVED through better communication and better treatment of your customers.
@AmericanAir Your teams don’t talk to each other. And the customer doesn’t seem to matter. One employee says “it’s always this way” and then another employee says an entirely different thing. I have flown American for years but after today I’ll happily go back to JetBlue.
@RainbowSandals as a longtime customer who just bought Rainbows for my daughter, I’m concerned the implications of the P65 warning. Can you share with me how you protect your workers from leather dust exposure?
Must read! “A world that begins to leave consumerism behind will need to make systemwide changes…creating incentives for products that last, creating more to do in our ‘hoods than shop or dine out, and lowering inequality…”. @globeandmail https://t.co/4Q2MjnnSmI
This map of the U.S. heating up is horrifying. Show it to every climate denier you know. If they don't respond to the evidence in front of their eyes, unfriend, sack or divorce them: https://t.co/D9pIE2JU4O. #ClimateEmergency, #GreenSwans, @VolansHQ.
Whoa! This is a surprisingly bold move to influence dietary change! Well done @condenast. (FWIW I interned at Epi while in college.) Epicurious Has a Beef With Beef https://t.co/gINSPo6Nme
We are living, right now, with the true costs of cheap meat: a world of pandemics, antibiotic resistance, climate emergency and suffering both for human beings and the creatures we consume.
The world isn't going to give up meat. But there's another way: https://t.co/XZbbZnTv8u
