@AmericanAir We haven’t departed. We are on the runway now. Been on the plane since 5:45 and now an hour flight. Basically 2 hours without a bathroom. Awesome!

@AmericanAir going from HPN to DCA. Flight already delayed multiple times and the bathroom is broken for the entirety of the flight and we are just SITTING on the plane wasting more time. UNACCEPTABLE.
