@kpharmd12 @DevotedHealth @CVSHealthPBM Devoted pulled same stunt w/ my 80yr old mom. She finally gave in. W/in 1st month 2 RX’s were “lost” in the mail. Then they wouldn’t resend because the prescription was already filled, told her she needed to wait 30 days. We are back filling at local pharmacy. Such a scam.

@BriarBush Diligent stretching of calves for about a year. 2x’s a day rolling ball under arch & rarely wear any shoes other than Hoka Arahi’s those things and then had dry needling done by a PT in the calf. Dry needling was the real game changer for me.

@tphilip631 @Montreal We went to Montreal/Canada for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago. Sort of had the same concern. We had the most incredible time! It’s my new favorite city in N. America. The city itself is great. But the people of Montreal were WONDERFUL!!! Planning to go back in January!

@fabianobrennand @Montreal Parc Jean-Drapeau went on a whim our 1st night & saw AC/DC. Loved Old Montreal -World Press Photo expo was A+. Mont Royal neighborhood. Mount Royal Park. La Finca -best French toast EVER (went 2x’s). Jean Talon Market A ++. Subway is so clean & easy to use.
