Hi @AHS_Warranty! Since our daily calls to you aren’t helping - we have been customers for 12+ years and we are now on day 11 with no AC and no progress on getting a part approved and ordered. What exactly are your customer service standards? Is this acceptable?
Update: we are still waiting on “authorization.” This is day 15 without AC and day 5 waiting on authorization. Hmmmmm. And @AHS_Warranty keeps communicating this is just their process. Awful customer service.
Following up after a call from @AHS_Warranty. They will call us Friday with an update which will be our two week anniversary with no AC. They are not bothered with the timeline and slow service. They cannot even give us an estimated service date.
