Had a foot chase for the first time in a while tonight. Caught the chap who was then promptly arrested. I can’t tell if I should be chuffed for catching him in all my gear, or sorry for him for not being able to outrun me in said gear 🤣
It’s been over a year since this last incident, and today I had my first fatal RTC. The difference in how I’ve been able to deal and cope with trauma has changed dramatically since, and it feels good to be on the other side, helping younger in service PCs process challenging jobs

I secretly applied for CBRN training in my force, with only my sergeant being aware earlier in the year. I’m pleased to say that I’ve been accepted on the course and will soon have my first “skill”!
