@iam_preethi A male nurse taught me how to breastfeed my 1st and the janitor how to change his diapers because EVERY nurse on my floor replied with a "that's not my job, you'll learn". With my 2nd, I told everyone to GTFO bc I already knew, the hard way, what to do.

@MhieNelly They started hiring people after me, much less qualified, less experience... with at least 10k+ salary above mine. They granted some of them part time remote, declined my petition, they called me omw to deliver my baby... never went back.
