“We have injuries all over our bodies, everything is swollen. We went through what felt like a terror attack. It was horrifying.”

An Israeli 🇮🇱 mother, 62, and her daughter, 23, were brutally beaten in Thailand 🇹🇭 by a French 🇫🇷 tourist.

“He started beating me viciously,” the mother said. “My daughter tried to protect me and was beaten too. We both fought him. I was hit in the head, and at some point I apparently lost consciousness.”

The two women were on the Thai island of Koh Phangan when they were approached by a French national asking where they were from. When they said Israel, he became irate and demanded a debate.

They told him they did not want to discuss Israel/Palestine, and he appeared to walk away, after stating he was "against violence." Then he launched himself at the mother and started biting her ear and punching her until she lost consciousness.

Attacking women on vacation will not help Palestinians. Everyone silent about this violence isn't helping anyone, either.

남자는 호기심에 그럴수도 있지라며 학교와 부모로부터 범죄를 지원받아 범죄가 일상인 이 세대가 이제 곧 성인이 됨

전에 없었던 범죄국가의 시작이 될거라 봄

이들의 특징은 유아기부터 지금까지
또래를 범죄대상으로 선택해옴

票券網路交易過程中的性剝削如何發生？買家被類黃牛要求提供性感歌舞表演影片，或特定身體部位之影像（如：腳）；更有提出著特定服裝（如：使胸、腿、臀部暴露的服裝）、拍攝時需露臉等要求。並讓賣家篩選評比再依賣家個人喜好，選出該張票「得主買家」。
提出這些要求的賣家多為男性，多數案例可看出會指定買家需為女性——或說是合乎父權標準下具備性魅力的女性。在不對等的交易關係之下，性別不平等的宰制事實顯得更加突出與不容忽視。

此種賣家透過把持票券掌握權力，假售票名義，要求他人滿足個人私慾或特殊癖好，確屬剝削行為；雖嚴格定義下是買家合意後配合要求，但權力不對等關係下的「被迫接受要求」或「遭誘拐騙而同意」，皆不屬於「主動積極同意」，此時的"yes"，不應被視為"consent"。

這些影像傳到賣家手裡後，便無法控制影像之後的去處，也不能準確追蹤被如何利用。若遭賣家作私人猥褻用途或外流到色情網站，受害者在受害當下不只可能難以知情，更可能求助無門——甚至求助後還有可能遭受輿論的二次傷害。更嚴重者包括「換臉偽造影像技術（deepfake）」，近年成為爭議話題的原因之一，就是被用於製造色情等汙衊個人名譽的影片，且受害者往往難以為自己辯護，已涉及數位性暴力的犯罪問題（參考網紅小玉觸法新聞：https://t.co/9yRTAlHM6Q）。

An Ex police officer has been charged with serious assault after making a citizen’s arrest on an alleged shoplifter as he tried to flee with £450 of Nike goods.

Lorne Castle restrained the suspect and held him on the floor for 15 minutes while waiting for his former police colleagues to arrive and arrest him.

A picture appeared to show him straddling Daniel Meyrick and pinning his arms behind his back.

Castle, 47, has now been charged with grievous bodily harm after Meyrick was left with a fractured leg in the struggle.

The ex-PC had been controversially dismissed from Dorset police last year for aggressively tackling a knife-wielding teenager and making him feel “frightened and intimidated”

There should be a special penalty for women like this.

Imagine you are Andrew Dearden (pictured). You meet a woman, Stacey Sharples, online and have a consensual sexual relationship.

Then one day the police turn up and arrest you for rape. You subsequently find out that she has accused 10 men of rape between 2013 and 2019.

Some of them, like Reece Lockett and Connor Austen, say they lost their partner, home and even their jobs because of the accusations and arrests.

Meanwhile Stacey Sharples continues to accuse men and destroy their lives. Most of the men were arrested and spent time in custody. Some of them had intimate examinations and were only released on bail.

On 2 February 2026, Sharples admitted her guilt of falsely accusing ten men and on 11 March she was given a 4.5 year sentence. It is likely that she will be out in a couple of years.

Meanwhile the accused men continue to struggle with the ramifications of her accusations.

Flashback: Two “anti-war” Scandinavian women — Louisa Jespersen and Maren Ueland — were beheaded by Arab Muslim jihadists in Morocco after refusing to convert to Islam.

Their killers didn’t care that the women were anti-Islamophobia activists or that they had traveled alone into the Arab world to embrace the culture and prove how “open-minded” they were.

None of that mattered. To the jihadists, they were infidels — nothing more. And for that, they were tortured, raped, and slaughtered.

On December 17, 2018, two young Scandinavian women, Louisa Vesterager Jespersen (24) from Denmark and Maren Ueland (28) from Norway, were raped, tortured, and beheaded by Islamic jihadists in Morocco. Their crime? Camping alone in the Atlas Mountains and not being Muslim.

Louisa’s beheading was filmed by the monsters who did it — they sent the video to her mother. In it, she screams in her underwear as one of them saws through her neck, while others chant, “It’s Allah’s will.”

These women were indoctrinated to believe Islam is a “religion of peace” and that fear is “Islamophobia.” The price they paid for that lie was their lives.

This isn’t just a tragedy — it’s a warning. Silence makes it worse.

Never forget Louisa and Maren. Never excuse the ideology that butchered them.

Tujuh tahun berjalan.
Bunga masuk rutin setiap bulan.

Sampai Desember 2025 dan semuanya mulai runtuh:

Lalu 23 Februari bukan Andi yang datang.
Tapi kepala kas baru.
Dengan kalimat yang mengubah segalanya:
Per hari ini saudara Andi Hakim Febriansyah bukan pegawai BNI lagi.
Dan produk yang ditawarkan itu bukan produk BNI.

Suster Natalia pingsan lima menit.
Yang lebih ngeri dari hilangnya uang itu:
Bilyet deposito yang dipegang Andi dibakar. Sengaja. Supaya tidak ada barang bukti.

Tapi Andi salah hitung.
Satu bilyet tersimpan di tangan pastor lain yang kebetulan tidak ada di tempat saat pengambilan.
Satu bilyet itu yang menjadi bukti bahwa semua ini nyata.

Andi sudah menyiapkan skenario dari jauh hari. Tanggal 23 Februari itu hari yang sama dia ambil semua bilyet dia sudah mengajukan pengunduran diri. Dan dua hari kemudian dia terbang ke luar negeri bersama istrinya lewat Bali ke Australia, lalu ke New Zealand.

Sambil cuti dia masih angkat telepon Suster Natalia. Masih bilang "aman, Suster."
Masih janjikan pencairan.

Setelah red notice diterbitkan oleh Interpol dan Australian Federal Police Andi kembali ke Indonesia 30 Maret 2026 dan ditangkap di Kualanamu.

Di dalam pemeriksaan dia mengakui semua perbuatannya.
Uangnya?
Dipakai untuk sport center, kafe, mini zoo, tanah, dan berbagai aset yang kini sedang dilacak dalam proses TPPU.

Dan sekarang masuk ke bagian yang paling mengkhawatirkan:

BNI melakukan verifikasi internal sendiri.
Tanpa transparansi.
Tanpa melibatkan korban dalam proses.
Hasilnya: BNI bersedia mengganti Rp7 miliar.

Dari Rp28 miliar lebih.
Dan pada 26 Maret 2026 tanpa persetujuan CU-PAN BNI mentransfer Rp7 miliar itu ke rekening korban secara sepihak.
Seolah dengan mentransfer itu kasus selesai.

Kuasa hukum CU-PAN dari Gani Djemat & Partners menolak keras.
Karena:
Berdasarkan prinsip Vicarious Liability perusahaan bertanggung jawab atas tindakan pegawai yang dilakukan dalam kapasitas jabatannya.

Andi beroperasi dengan ID card BNI, jabatan BNI, fasilitas pick-up service BNI, dan atas nama BNI selama tujuh tahun.
Ini bukan tindakan pribadi yang kebetulan dilakukan oleh orang yang bekerja di BNI. Ini tindakan yang bisa terjadi karena dia adalah BNI di mata korban.

POJK Nomor 22 Tahun 2023 Pasal 10 ayat 1 juga menegaskan: pelaku usaha jasa keuangan wajib bertanggung jawab atas kerugian konsumen akibat kesalahan pegawainya.
Tidak ada klausul kecuali kalau pegawainya nakal.

Dan respons BNI yang paling menyakitkan menurut korban:

Enam kali mediasi.
Satu kali aksi damai.
Sepanjang itu tidak satu pun pejabat BNI dari kantor cabang atau wilayah yang mengucapkan kata "maaf" atau kami prihatin kepada korban.

Yang datang dari pihak BNI hanya satu permintaan berulang: Berikan kami bukti pendukung.
Padahal semua data transaksi ada di sistem BNI sendiri.
Semua perpindahan uang dari kas lancar ke rekening Andi tercatat di rekening koran BNI.
Bukan di tangan korban.

Baru Wakil Menteri BUMN yang mengundang korban dan itulah pertama kalinya ada pejabat yang mengucapkan kata permohonan maaf dan rasa prihatin.

Satu hal yang tidak bisa diabaikan:
Suster Natalia sekarang punya utang pribadi ke beberapa orang.
Karena ada anggota CU yang butuh uang untuk berobat yang tidak bisa dia biarkan meninggal di rumah sakit sementara dana CU tidak bisa diakses.

Dia yang tidak punya harta pribadi meminjam uang untuk membayar tagihan rumah sakit umatnya.

"Saya tidak bisa biarkan umat meninggal di rumah sakit, Pak."

BNI adalah bank BUMN.
Bank milik negara.
Diawasi oleh OJK.
Dijamin kepercayaannya oleh nama negara Indonesia.

Dan di bawah namanya selama tujuh tahun seorang kepala kas menjalankan skema penipuan yang menyedot uang 1.900 jiwa umat gereja yang menabung perak demi perak untuk masa depan anak-anak mereka.

BNI tidak bisa menyebut ini hanya masalah oknum lalu cuci tangan dengan transfer Rp7 miliar yang tidak transparan prosesnya.

Karena korban bukan menyimpan uang kepada Andi Hakim.
Korban menyimpan uang kepada BNI.
Dan BNI harus mengembalikannya penuh tanpa pengecualian.

Kalau tidak ini bukan hanya kasus kriminal biasa.
Ini adalah konfirmasi bahwa di negeri ini orang miskin yang menabung untuk masa depan anaknya bisa kehilangan segalanya karena sistem yang seharusnya melindungi mereka justru membiarkan hal ini terjadi selama tujuh tahun.
