🌍 From the UN Stage to West Africa: LingoAI and Jokkolabs Banjul Partner to Pioneer Sovereign AI in The #Gambia🇬🇲
We are thrilled to officially announce a landmark 3-year strategic partnership with Jokkolabs Banjul, led by Poncelet Ileleji, Secretary General of the The Gambia National Internet Governance Forum. Together, we are launching a comprehensive national initiative to build AI capacity, develop native language datasets, and establish a responsible data governance framework in The Gambia.
🌱 The Journey of a Seed
This partnership began exactly one year ago at United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2025 in Oslo. During the NRI session on "Local Data Governance for Global Public Good," our #LingoAI Cofounder & CEO, Una Wang as a Panalist, and Poncelet Ileleji as the Moderator, found a profound resonance in a shared vision:
“True digital inclusion means ensuring every country and community possesses its own data sovereignty and AI capability. The future of AI cannot be built upon the ruins of language.”
That vision, witnessed by esteemed guests including the #President of the Republic of #Mauritius and The First Lady at our closing banquet, has now matured into concrete action.
🚀 Empowering The Gambia's Digital Future
LingoAI will deploy its decentralized #Agent architecture, multilingual ##LLM fine-tuning capabilities, and privacy computing tech to support four key pillars:
1️⃣ Native Language #Datasets: Building high-quality #corpora for #Mandinka, #Wolof, and #Fula.
2️⃣ AI Talent Academy: Training the next generation of Gambian AI builders, not just users.
3️⃣ Applied AI Solutions: Developing LLM-powered tools for Agriculture, Healthcare, e-Government, and SMEs.

The Renaissance of the Semantic Web in the Agentic AI Era.
Did you know that the underlying blueprint for today’s AI Agents was actually written 25 years ago?
In Lisbon, LingoAI Co-founder @HenryWang2021 (who coined the term Web3.0 in 2003) and @UnaWCX
met with Turing Award winner & Inventor of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee last October.
It was a historic meeting between the coiner and the definer of the Web3.0, driven by a shared mission: to set the record straight and revive true Web3.0 in the age of Agentic AI.
A 1/4-Century Alignment
The LLM-powered Agents we see today aren't a random anomaly, actually they are the realization of Sir Tim Berners-Lee’s 2001 seminal whitepaper, "The Semantic Web."
The Original Vision: Moving from a web of documents for humans to a web of structured data for machine intelligence.
The Missing Link: Combining Data3.0 (Data Sovereignty & Personal Ontologies) with Fin3.0 to create truly autonomous, user-centric Agent networks (The Grand Unified Theory of Web3.0 authored by @HenryWang2021).
Bringing the Classic Back
To celebrate this quarter-century milestone, the @lingoaitech team post here the 2001 Semantic Web whitepaper, connecting the dots between Ontologies, Web3.0, Data Sovereignty, and the past, present, and future of AI Agents.

🚀 LingoAI Keynote Highlight from Jeju Island!
Our Co-founder, Henry Wang @HenryWang2021, took the main stage at the "Rise Beyond Intelligence" AI Industry Summit to deliver a definitive keynote: "The Grand Unified Theory of Web3.0: Reshaping the AI Native Web3.0 Narrative."
In a powerful retrospective, Henry shared how South Korea was his original inspiration back in 2003 when he first coined the term "Web3.0" to solve cross-lingual communication gaps by merging AI with social networks. Years later, in 2006, the Father of the World Wide Web, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, introduced decentralization and data autonomy to this next-generation web.
Henry and @lingoaitech CEO @UnaWCX met with Sir Tim last October in Lisbon to discuss “Setting the Record Straight: What is True Web3.0”
Standing at the forefront of the AGI era, Henry delivered a fundamental paradigm shift for the industry: Web3.0 = Data3.0 + Finance3.0
True Web3.0 is far more than just building DIDs or payment rails for AI Agents. It dictates:
Who owns data autonomy
Who controls the distribution of financial returns Ultimately, true Web3.0 is the definitive, foundational solution for human-centric AI governance. By leveraging
@lingoaitech ’s sovereign data infrastructure, Solid, Personal Ontology, and the Nebula Box (Holon), we are restoring the true, AI-native essence of Web3.0.
Thank you to Chelsea Zhang and the dappOS organizing committee for a landmark event. Together, we are writing the future of human digital sovereignty!

🌐 LingoAI Ecosystem Update from Jeju Island! 📷South Korea.
Our CEO, @UnaWCX, took the main stage at the "Rise Beyond Intelligence" AI Industry Summit to deliver a powerful keynote: "Decentralized Multilingual Data Infrastructure: Empowering the Global Majority to Own Data & Voices"
The AGI paradigm shift demands a new data narrative. Right now, centralized tech giants profit by monetizing the public's data. LingoAI is here to rewrite that script by completely separating user data from applications, ensuring true Data Ownership and privacy-first intelligence.
Through our unique architectural approach, we are deploying:
Edge Computing & Edge Datasets for decentralized LLM inference
Validation Data Layer1 to incentivize and secure data ownership on-chain
Following her keynote, Una also moderated the high-impact panel, "From Prompt to Profit: How AI + Web3.0 Are Bridging the 'Last Mile' in Global Business," exchanging vital insights with leaders from dappOS, xBubble, WebKey, and Kopi AI Agent.
To break down global data silos, every Agent ecosystem must become a Web3.0 partner. We are incredibly proud to build the infrastructure that turns data autonomy into a reality for everyone, aligning with the vision shared by Web3.0 creator @HenryWang2021 and World Wide Web inventor Sir @timberners_lee.
A huge thank you to Chelsea Zhang and the dappOS organizing committee for the flawless execution and wonderful hospitality!

Welcome to join LingoAI Cofounder @HenryWang2021‘s vital technical metaphor debate: The Lobster’s "Dual-Directional Claws". So hot in the comments area!

Building AI and predicting its economic impact are two different disciplines. @ylecun is right to point toward the experts who study institutional change. The goal shouldn't be to "wipe out" entry-level roles, but to use Web3.0 and AI to return data rights to the creators. When professionals own the intelligence they help train, the labor market finds a new, more equitable equilibrium. This is what LingoAI doing, and why @HenryWang2021 and @UnaWCX cofounded @lingoaitech.
Dario is wrong.
He knows absolutely nothing about the effects of technological revolutions on the labor market.
Don't listen to him, Sam, Yoshua, Geoff, or me on this topic.
Listen to economists who have spent their career studying this, like @Ph_Aghion , @erikbryn , @DAcemogluMIT , @amcafee , @davidautor
$55 billion in AI investment committed across Southeast Asia.
Here is where it actually goes.
Singapore: $10 billion.
→ Governance hub. AI rules written here.
→ Standards set here. Intellectual value stays here.
Malaysia: $23.2 billion.
→ Data centres. R&D. Semiconductor supply chains.
→ NVIDIA, Qualcomm, SAP building here.
→ The physical infrastructure of AI. Built here.
Vietnam: First country in SEA with a standalone AI law.
→ Manufacturing. Production.
Talent pipelines. → The making of AI. Happening here.
Indonesia: $7.4 billion.
→ The largest economy in Southeast Asia.
→ Gets the smallest share of the four.
→ Gets: users.
The AI is built elsewhere. The infrastructure owned by others.
The data flowing out.
The value compounding somewhere else.
And the gap underneath all of this?
81% of Indonesian companies say poor data quality is their biggest AI barrier. (Digital in Asia, 2026)
600,000 IT professionals.
280 million people. (SecondTalent, 2026)
One IT professional for every 467 Indonesians.
Indonesia isn't losing the AI race because it doesn't want to win.
It's losing because it built an economy that consumes AI instead of one that captures it.
The chicken is sitting on the rice.
The eggs are being laid in Kuala Lumpur.
Indonesia doesn't have an adoption problem.
It has an ownership problem.
The companies that will change this aren't waiting for the next hyperscaler announcement.
They're building AI into operations they own. On data they control.
Compounding an advantage nobody else can replicate.
@lingoaitech helps you to own your data and AI.

From Data Serfs to Semantic Sovereignty: @UnaWCX's Manifesto
Una Wang, Co-founder and CEO of @lingoaitech, painted a striking vision: as AI and robotics reshape the labor market, "earning by data" will gradually replace "earning by labor."
Over the next 20 years, the explosion of AI will replace most current jobs, the original intent of AI development. However, Una warned that no nation is prepared for a 50% or higher unemployment shock yet. "This is an epic tsunami, the greatest social upheaval in history. We cannot rely on AI oligarchs for a universal basic income. Personal data is an individual’s most vital asset; it is the source of stable income once labor is no longer required."
She demonstrated how LingoAI utilizes OpenClaw to automate LingoAI in the de-identification of sensitive medical data, allowing individuals to monetize their data safely under privacy protection. But first, she argued, we must transition from "Data Serfdom" to "Semantic Sovereignty."
1. The "Walled Garden" Trap: Currently, personal chat logs and health data are treated as "raw waste." Ironically, storage is a cost center; you pay to store data you cannot use, while giants use it as raw material to harvest you.
2. Mining the 95% "Dark Data" Iceberg: Una warned of "Digital Inbreeding" or Model Collapse, where models trained on previous AI outputs deteriorate. The true frontier lies in the 95% of "dark data" dormant in private storage and medical records. Through local @OpenClaw
🦞deployment, LingoAI acts as a bridge to enrich your personal ontology.
3. Semantic Labeling for ROI: Reclaiming data isn’t enough; it must be transformed into AI-understandable assets via Semantic Labeling. A personal Agent trained on a private ontology is exponentially more accurate in understanding specific logic (such as Web3.0 terminology) than a public LLM.

⚽️ Big congratulations to #England and #Argentina on their thrilling victories today, securing their spots in the World Cup elite! 🏆
Look closely at this map. Seven of the eight teams before this round form a perfectly aligned, narrow geographical belt.
Argentina stands alone as the only team breaking the mold.
This isn't just a win on the pitch; it’s a powerful reminder of the diversity the world truly needs. When the world narrows down, true brilliance comes from the voices outside the conventional lines.
At @LingoAI_io , we believe global strength lies in preserving this exact kind of diversity—not just in sports, but across the thousands of unique languages and cultures that define humanity. Without intentional infrastructure, dominant structures risk flattening local cultural identities.
That is why we are building decentralized AI data infrastructure: to act as the sovereign digital bedrock that ensures every culture, language, and community has the tools to preserve its heritage, own its data, and remain heard on the global stage. 🌐💾
Let’s celebrate the beauty of a truly diverse world.
Moving from "Vibe-Coding" to Global AI Governance by Design 🤝
At the first Global Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence Governance in Geneva, UN Secretary-General António Guterres delivered a profound warning and an inspiring call to action for the future of humanity.
The science is clear on three critical fronts: Speed, Power, and Truth. As Guterres noted, while the internet took 15 years to reach a billion people, AI took just two. Yet, the computing power, data, and talent driving these systems remain concentrated in a handful of companies and nations.
"When power imbalances are hard-wired into technology, inequality becomes part of the code." — António Guterres, UN Secretary-General
The Secretary-General warned against "vibe-coding"—letting AI run on autopilot without close human oversight, plan, or consent—reminding us that “we cannot vibe-code the truth. We cannot vibe-code the future of humanity.” Instead, we must choose governance by design over drifting by default.
💡 @LingoAI_io’s Commitment to an Equalized AI Future
Guterres also highlighted AI's incredible potential to compress decades of development into years, calling it “the great equalizer of the twenty-first century—used well, and shared widely.”
This mirrors the core mission of LingoAI. We believe that to prevent the "AI divide" from becoming a permanent development, security, and sovereignty gap, AI must be built by humanity, with humanity, and for all humanity. True inclusivity means breaking down data and language silos, decentralizing knowledge, and giving every culture and nation an authentic voice in the digital age.
We fully support the UN's call for safety, red lines, transparent footprints, and building global capacity—particularly for developing regions. Innovation needs guardrails, and powerful technologies earn trust only through accountability.
Let us build an AI future that doesn't consume the future. 🌎❤️

The "Dual-Directional Claws": The Guardian vs. The Predator @lingoaitech Cofounder @HenryWang2021
proposed a profound technical metaphor regarding the duality of the lobster’s pincers.
OpenClaw, like a lobster, possesses two claws(pincers) with opposite functions, revealing the dual nature of technical tools under different control structures: The Inward Claw (Crusher): The User’s Shield.
When OpenClaw runs on local devices and is integrated by LingoAI with the SOLID protocol (designed by the Father of the World Wide Web), it acts like a lobster protecting its soft underbelly. It reconstructs and de-identifies data, locking it firmly in the user’s hands. This is the final line of defense for Data Sovereignty.
The Outward Claw (Cutter): The Giant’s Weapon. If this same power is co-opted by centralized AI platforms, it allows them to extend tentacles into the user’s private domain areas previously inaccessible becoming a blade that harvests privacy and reaps human digital remains. "Behind technical neutrality lies the ultimate struggle for control. Where the pincer points determines whether you are the master of the digital world or a battery-farmed asset." — by @lingoaitech
