With the Google Analytics 4 cut-over coming up in July (roughly 3 months), prepare yourself by understanding best practices for capturing events. https://t.co/0ZNbjavhcD
Google's Universal Analytics will be end of life in July, here's a quick summary of what to look forward to in Google Analytics 4. I recommend setting up GA4 before Google migrates everything for you. https://t.co/9m11s4npz0
Our flight attendant on my ORD to DEN flight should be acknowledged for her kindness today with a new mom.
The newborn was crying hard during boarding. With a bit of kind encouragement she helped mom and baby find comfort and calm.

My brain using cascading logic to visualize the "shape" of customer data.
Data nerds, what are your favorite books/blogs/etc for describing data architecture and practical customer data/analytics problem solving?
The excel skills I built in my CX Analytics days still come in handy today. Building pivot tables to manage changes for Salesforce fields is much easier than doing a bunch of manual checklists with no historical context.
It's beautify when columns/rows line up just so.
@andreatarrell Ran a PTO event that took donated flowers, processed out the wilted blooms, and created bouquets for people in the hospital. This act of kindness has shown to improve patient outcomes.
Gave everyone the warm and fuzzies, was a ton of fun too!
@LI_learning I'd love to be able to update the frequency of my course content emails to 1-2x month. Your current subscription options are all the emails 5-6 per month or none.
@Square your SMS help tells you to email [email protected] but then I get kicked back "We arenโt able to respond to emails sent to this address."
Receipts keep sending to my old work email, can anyone help?

@kaitlinmaud I did this to an $$ shoe brand because they were so shitty in a support response when I asked for price matching. I ordered at 22% off 3 pairs of boots, 1 was a return (sexy stormtrooper vibes) I wanted the other 2. Would not price match & response was too slow to return/reorder.
@RobSalesforce@andreatarrell Instead of punishing students, how about buying a couple of chargers for the classrooms in case students need some juice. ๐ชซ๐
