@NatWest_Help I love your attempt at helping with fraud prevention, but maybe your Payee field should allow for storage of string lengths equal to or greater than the source data to prevent flagging payees as unconfirmed because you didn't store the full field.

@YodelOnline I want the telephone number for the Hayes delivery depot to speak to them about my delivery they have had there since the 13th May promising to "get it on the next available van" daily since so i can arrange collection
Any you keep telling me its with Yodel yet you never provide a Yodel tracking number so you need to sort your delivery infrastructure out even if it is with 3rd parties.

I've wasted over 2 hours trying to talk to your lacking live chat support agents because you can't publish a telephone number and when we do get a live chat agent, they aren't paying attention to us likely because they have multiple chats at a time. I want a direct contact today!

@VirginMoney You IVR for phone line 0800 011 3210 has an induced loop when selecting option 1 then 5 as it diverts you back to the initial line again instead of to a human. I have an issue with the app thats prevents me managing my account
