This week's rugby sessions were great, we had some ladies from SASP join in and we got some free water bottles.

It's not too late to join us for some fun sessions.

Tuesdays 10-11 at Holway YMCA, transport can be provided, no experience nesseary.

At the Hamilton Park activity day, which was amazing, we have been busy advertising this fantastic opportunity to attend ladies only rugby sessions.
