Hi Twitter 👋
I like dystopian worlds, romance and paganism 🌿 I am currently working on bringing all of this together and looking forward to publishing my work over on #campfirewriting and posting my concept art here :)
@katieemorann Good question! Joy, for me, is a warm, fuzzy feeling that starts in my core as a small tickle, then vibrates through my body as it spreads. Sometimes, it accumulates in my mouth as a giggle, laugh, or just a smile, and sometimes, it's a small, faint, tingle in my fingertips ❤️
@EdgeOErin1 For me, it's always been 27, cause that was the age of my math teacher in my junior years. Thinking back at me at 27 now, I wonder if my teacher was as much as a kid as I was 😂 (I'm just a 30 year old teenager) - now I dont think there's a number, it depends on the person 🤷♀️
@wendyparciak And some levels of imposter syndrome are common anf normal when putting creative work out there: it's the equivalent of getting naked on stage!
@wendyparciak Probably not the best advice, but I used to have it bad: I was sure that everyone would "figure me out" at some point. It's horrendous. But therapy helped me realise that it was related to extremely low self-esteem. So my advice is to work on self-esteem and self worth :) ❤️
@authorcfturner I invited my beta reader(s) and editor for a nice meal at my home (took one of them to a concert too.) 🥰 it's a reward for me to see them in person!
@The_Happy_Blue I jump backwards, never forwards! I have an outline of the book before I start "filling sand into the sandbox" (chapter synopsis, timelines) - having scenes that I am excited to write, ahead of me, works like a carrot on a stick! Hehe...
@DylanIsWriting Honestly, the fact that you even mention it, I would say is enough :) just please don't call it a curse or turn it blue like those ads do 😭 50% know where you are coming from. Had to give my MC a diva cup and omg I felt weird writing it. Periods, man.
@AuthorBWalters The Flower spreads like a cancer across our planet, threatening to wipe out all vegetation. However, it is discovered, quite early on, that it can aid regrowth of missing body parts. Although seemingly simple to rid our nature of its cancer, our society is now left with a choice.
@AuthorBWalters Various decomposing times (be that concrete or... let's just say "organic material") - always finishing my Google searches with "I am a writer" 🤣🤣🤣
@EdgeOErin1 I dont know why, but to me a hardcover is the "premium version" 🥲 so when I get hardcovers printed, it's because I want it to be a gift - paperbacks are more for actual reading, in my world 😅
