@SportsDirectUK @NicolaFa The WORST customer service EVER! Receiving a call from “customer service” in KENYA and being told I have to manually process the refund myself by downloading their tool from the App Store…none of this sounds or feels legitimate, verified or standard business.

What does one have to do to get the attention of @SportsDirectUK when their portal won’t process a refund in line with their policy and they ignore all messages…no phone number either. #whatcustomerservice
