I feel a strong sense of responsibility toward the Pi Network community because I have been one of its main advocates over the years.
We will give the Pi Core Team @PiCoreTeam until the end of August to deliver significant progress on Pi Network.
As I have said before, what the Pi Core Team @PiCoreTeam has achieved so far feels like 2 years’ worth of work stretched over 7 years.
The Pi community deserves clear answers on the following:
1. Updated Whitepaper and Roadmap
There is still no clear timeline. The community is tired of guessing Pi Network’s goals, direction, and long-term vision.
2. Clear Tokenomics Explanation
The circulating supply is around 11 billion Pi, with an effective total supply of around 17 billion Pi. The current price is around $0.098, while close to 83 billion Pi remains.
What is the plan for this large remaining supply? What burn mechanisms will be introduced?
3. Blockchain Protocol Upgrade to V26
The V26 upgrade was expected in mid-June. We are now in July, yet Pi Network is still stuck on Version 24. Why the delay?
4. The Promised 100 DApps
The Pi Core Team promised 100 DApps by 2024. Two years later, we only have a few community DApps and no serious, highly engaging ecosystem. Where are the promised 100 DApps?
5. Community DApp Funding and Support
Over the past 7 years, the majority of the Pi Network community has gained very little from Pi Network.
Where is the funding for community DApps? Where is the influencer programme? I have not heard of a single community member receiving meaningful support to build DApps.
Instead, I have heard many stories from Pi Network DApp builders who abandoned their projects because they could no longer cover operational costs.
So where is the promised $100 million fund going?
The Pi Network community is one of the most dedicated and loyal communities in crypto. Yet the Pi Core Team continues to treat the community like a liability instead of its greatest asset.
The community deserves answers and solid progress from the Pi Core Team by the end of August.
Share this post and tag the Pi Core Team. If this goes viral, it can attract media attention. If it attracts media attention, the Core Team may finally wake up from their comfort zone and deliver.

Craziest part about Pi Network is how early it still feels
Millions of users
Massive brand recognition
And CT still acts like it doesn’t exist
If Pi ever gets full momentum, the disbelief phase will end very fast
Take on the Pi2Day Ecosystem Quest to celebrate new feature releases and receive a special in-app badge!
The Ecosystem Quest guides Pioneers to complete activities to discover new apps, test ecosystem features, and understand how Pi’s infrastructure supports utility creation across compute, AI, and identity.
Certain steps in the Quest require completing a quiz, so remember to pay attention to the updates! You can show-off your in-app badge in Pi Chats, Fireside Forum, and Pi Social Profiles.
Participate in the Ecosystem Quest by tapping the “Pi2Day” icon on the top right of the Pi mining app home screen. The event will end on July 13.

Pi2Day 2026 reflects how Pi’s utility continues to grow through infrastructure and participation.
- Through SoloHost, Pi Desktop and Nodes can support new local AI app and compute use cases
- Pi Sign-in can help connect those experiences across users, devices, and services
- PiVerify can extend Pi’s real-human verification capabilities to third-party clients.
Together, these releases point to a broader direction for the ecosystem: Pi products are built both for the Pi ecosystem and to extend Pi services and resources to the external world. This, in turn, enriches and strengthens the Pi ecosystem.
Pi’s practical utility is built not only by product releases but by the Pioneers, Node operators, developers, KYC validators, app teams, merchants, and third-party services that use them, test them, and build on them.

Pi Sign-in allows supported third-party websites and apps to offer Pi accounts as a sign-in or sign-up option.
It helps provide the infrastructure that allows applications and services to recognize, connect, and serve users across and outside the ecosystem.
This means Pioneers can access supported services with their Pi account instead of creating a new account or password for every app.
Why would third-party services or websites want to integrate Pi Sign-in? Pi Sign-in creates a simpler way to connect them with Pi’s large user base and bring Pi users into their own product experiences. It also gives Pi more presence in third-party contexts while offering a way to tap into the additional benefits and resources of Pi Network, besides user traffic.

SoloHost expands the utility of Pi Nodes beyond just blockchain validation.
Released in Beta on Pi2Day 2026, SoloHost on Pi Desktop gives Pioneers new ways to use their computers to run local apps, AI utilities, distributed computing, and other compute-based use cases.
Pioneers can also remotely engage with the corresponding app through mobile devices on Pi Browser.
SoloHost also lets developers build and list these local apps through an open, permissionless framework to reach the over 420,000 Pi Node operators who are already running Pi Desktop.
Local is key. With SoloHost streamlining access to local applications through Pi Desktop, people can benefit from AI while keeping their data on their own devices, not third-party remote servers.
This means:
- More privacy.
- More control.
- Less reliance on cloud services

The three key Pi2Day 2026 releases extend Pi’s services to businesses and developers outside the Pi ecosystem, while inviting them to join Pi Network and take advantage of Pi’s unique benefits and resources.

Pi2Day celebrates double Pi Day — June 28th — because one day a year isn't enough to celebrate the Pi community.

Does anyone else feel that running AI models and agents locally, on your own computer, should be much easier?
The privacy benefits are clear: your data stays with you. But while there are many open-source models and projects out there, turning them into a usable local AI agent is still far too hard for non-engineers.
Dear @PiCoreTeam , @nkokkalis , and @Chengdiao,
Through this message, I want to speak from the bottom of my heart on behalf of myself, @WaeliaMe , and the millions of Pioneers around the world
After nearly seven years of building and development, it has truly been an incredible journey witnessing the creation of the Pi Network ecosystem that is now preparing to expand across the world. We have seen the remarkable Ecosystem Onboarding process taking place, along with the growing number of utility applications that bring real value to the network
Now, we want to take the next step. It is time to move beyond the past and enter something unprecedented a future where Pi Coin has meaningful, real-world utility across the expanding ecosystem of applications, both those already onboarded and those yet to come
We want to create wealth on a scale never seen before. The time to move is now. I believe this is the right moment, and you undoubtedly understand that better than anyone
We are waiting for the long-anticipated beginning to become reality. Let us move from the island... to the stars.
Pioneers and app developers are eager to shine
With respect and appreciation 💚

For the first time, I'm asking something from all of you and it will probably be the last time
Please help spread this post everywhere. Share it seriously across every platform and support it as much as you can. I truly mean it
Thank you, Pioneers, and the entire #PiNetwork community
One of the purposes of the Pi Launchpad test token launches is to introduce Pioneers to new ecosystem token mechanics and educate the community on how to participate with DeFi mechanisms.
The first test token provided useful data and highlighted areas where the Launchpad experience needed improvement.
The updated participation flow is simpler and clearer. Participation is now centered around the commitment amount, which has the direct effect on token acquisition. A Pioneer chooses how much Test-Pi they want to commit, and the Launchpad automatically calculates the related “fair-access hold,” and then shows the commitment amount, hold amount, and total together before confirmation.
The goal is to make it easier to understand and use the Pi Launchpad, and preserve the intended fair-access effect of the hold.
