I also have another parcel which was incorrectly sent to Barnsley DO Friday so was re routed back to Sheffield MC - still not been sent to Stocksbridge ? What is happening ?

Worst customer service ever - wait in for a phone and AirPods to be delivered following order on Friday with today as delivery date ! No message so call to chase to be told out of stock and not coming @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK so after yrs of service off to another provider

@TeamKnowhowUK so now 7 wks numerous calls & messages via social media but still no refund. I don’t have a correct invoice as it’s for the wrong washer and amount - is this not fraudulent accounting to wait so long for a correction?? Abs WHY NO REFUND & NEW RECEIPT YET ! 🤬🤬🤬

@curryspcworld I wouldn’t bother 7 weeks now and I still don’t have a refund for the incorrect washer delivered or in fact a receipt for the washer actually delivered so if it’s faulty I have no proof of purchase. Some might say fraudulent accounting?

@TeamKnowhowUK 4 weeks after you deliver a 8kg washer instead of a 10kg as the 10kg was out of stock (but you still took my order and payment and didn’t even tell me - assuming I wouldn’t notice ?) still no refund and ongoing lies about when I will get this! Just shocking 🤬
