For those wondering how expensive it is to travel this way, it’s easily $1,200 per day when all is factored in… possibly more for a family of 7.

@realEstateTrent I have the same version of your story but in college. Can’t tell you how beneficial college has been for networking, life lessons being on your own in the dorms in a new city that alarm the memories and good times which are arguably the greatest in my life.

@realEstateTrent The first is patently false as I’m 2 for 2 personally and have many clients who crushed on their up leg. You essentially have 4 to 5 months, depending on the start of your escrow timeframe to go “shopping.”

You must have a great agent and not be a lowball bottom feeder.
