@ZaraManager We’ve been offered a refund now but I do think the way we’ve had to prove the parcel didn’t arrive is not acceptable. If our neighbour hadn’t given us this video footage my son would have been £80 out of pocket. It’s really not acceptable!

So @Zara @ZARA_Care despite numerous messages you still don’t believe the parcel wasn’t delivered. Well here’s the proof. The driver clearly puts the parcel back in van. Also delivery confirmation is to 41 which I wrong address. @amazonshipping your driver so can you help?

Any advice @MartinSLewis it’s been two weeks and @ZARA @ZARA_Care or @amazon (who supposedly delivered it) are taking no responsibility. We’ve had thousands of deliveries to our house and this has never been an issue before! Disappointed is an understatement.

My son has already put in an official claim and we’ve been told there is nothing wrong and the order was sent to the correct delivery address although we’ve been sent the coordinates from Zara and they are for next door. What are you going to do that is any different?
