@Merrydawg idk tbh if there is a static asset I want I usually just find or make it from stupid random Google searches, but to be fair, I usually have the mindset that the more scuffed it is, the better
holy shit this thread and the qrts are gold for finding people I don't want anything to do with. You really can find out exactly what sort of person someone is when you ask them to explain how they were wronged.
Do you guys have any bad collab experiences?
My worst one was a couple years ago with a VTuber. We were supposed to play Valorant together, but something came up on their end. They canceled less than an hour before we were scheduled to go live. I get that emergencies happen, so I reached out to reschedule⦠and got completely ghosted. A short while later, they even unfollowed me.
We had similar-sized audiences, so it wasnβt like I was a nobody to them. I was just left hanging with nothing. I hope they were okay, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
@davis_luxury If, by any chance, you are unsure about whether this is AI or edited, there are other signs beyond the lady's left leg twisted at a strange angle
To elaborate on that last part, I think it's important to keep in mind that what can feel like love bombing can sometimes really be just someone wanting to brighten someone's day but doesn't have the time or energy to do much more than that, which is entirely valid, though it can feel rough on the receiving end after a while.
You know how everyone screams about bigger male creators hitting up smaller female ones because it's the 'acceptable' power imbalance? The same exact shit happens in reverse. Bigger female creator slides into a smaller male creator's DMs being immediately sexual? She doesn't want to fuck you, lil bro. Trust me.
This has only happened to me twice in the 5 years or so, I've been a vtuber (unless I forgot lol), but cases like this are a minority in the interactions I've had but it does happen. Usually, it's more innocuous and harmless usually unintentional love bombing, though half the time that is just people being nice, or at least I want to hope it is.
