@SouthwestAir What's going on with Flight #1833 LAS-LGB? We should be in LGB by now, & we are still sitting at the gate. No info. Flight crew just left & said they've been rebooked. I'm late for a court appointment!
We talked to both a phone agent and 2 gate agents, got rebooked for a flight the next day, had to stay overnight in an expensive hotel almost 10miles away (almost all were fully booked), with not even a meal voucher, nor a boarding position upgrade (my wife went from A33 to C11).
@linton995 While ATC directives are out of our control, you can be sure we're working hard to get your feet off the ground as quickly as possible. Be sure and reach out to a Gate Agent at your connection to see if there are any other options to get you to your destination. -Mike
@SouthwestAir What can you do for us? It looks lile we have to stay overnight in ATL. We are also getting hungry and we were supposed to be in ATL eating now. We dont even have Wi-Fi while waiting :-(
@southwestair Our flight 6191 RIC-ATL is delayed and still hasn't left the gate. It would cause us to be delayed or miss our ATL-LAS flight 995 and it's the last flight of the day. :-( It would also cause us to miss work and other appointments tomorrow.
