@HMRCcustomers hello my vat return is due in 2 weeks and my accountant has applied for an authorisation code to work on my behalf 4 times in the last month and we haven’t received it yet. Can you help?
@HMRCcustomers hi I’ve paid my latest payment on account using the wrong reference code? How can I go about resolving this so that my balance due is zero?
@Syn0nymph@entitledto@benefitforums@EasyKaiden I’m in pretty much same situation as you @EasyKaiden. I’m self employed with wife and 2 kids. My wife earns roughly £900 a month. We were able to claim something on UC, not much but it helps
@Ianblackford_MP hi Ian I’ve fell through the tiny gap of not being covered by both the UK and Scottish self employment grants because I started up jan2019. Is there any way I can receive a hardship grant although I started up 3 months prior to April 6 2019
@PermSecScot hi Lesley. I’ve fell through the tiny gap of not being covered by both the UK and Scottish self employment grants because I started up jan2019. Is there any way I can receive a hardship grant all though I started up 3 months prior to April 6 2019
Chancellor, @RishiSunak, uv put important schemes in place to provide support for millions at unprecedented speed.
Understandably that’s left
unintended holes that sadly leave some in desperation. I’ve had 1,000s questions, so I've picked the 5 most common themes... #AskRishi
@HMRCcustomers hi I’ve been self employed for 15 months now and it doesn’t look like I’m entitled to the self employment grants. Would my previous employer be able to put me on furlough? Even though I worked there a little over 15 months ago
@HMRCcustomers So does mean there’s no support for me? Only because of the unlucky time I started up business and the savings that I do have ready to pay this years tax return puts me over the savings threshold for universal credit
@HMRCcustomers Yes £21,635 in employment and £12,166 in self employment for the 18/19 tax year. Does it seem like I’m not entitled to anything? Have I just started up at the wrong time and I’m one of the unlucky ones?
@HMRCcustomers Even though my first 9 months from 2018/19 were from employment rather than self employment? The 50% rule I thought looked like it might rule me out? Thanks
