@washingtongas Another winter without gas. This time @washingtongas turned off our gas with zero notification. Have been calling since 5PM and no ETA for turning our gas service back on. Shameful.

@washingtongas Please answer your customer service line. I have been on hold for exactly 53 minutes to stop service for a property I sold back in May. This is unacceptable.
@Jpavllc@washingtongas Did they fix your issue? Our neighbors have been without gas/heat for days now and we are in the teens. I am worried about their safety/health at this point.
@ReenasEcho@washingtongas@EleanorNorton Unfortunately there are still others on our block without gas (and they experienced this weeks ago). Elderly lady across the street - hopefully she is okay but if not, it’s on Washington gas. Not a good look.
@ReenasEcho@washingtongas@EleanorNorton They still need to fix the underlying issue of water in the main gas line. Otherwise the houses on our street will continue losing gas.
