Once you get the PRINCIPLES behind something, you don't have to stick to some dogmatic formula.

Take morning routines: my Daily Alignment Practice is built on the idea of

ELEVATE + DEMONSTRATE:

1. ELEVATE your emotional state

2. Then take an action that DEMONSTRATES yourself AS the the version of yourself you want to be

This is as close to a recipe for miracles as anything I have discovered.

Meditate, or not.
Exercise, or not.
Journal, or not.
Suntan your butthole, or not.

When you get the principle behind it, you can get it done anyway you want.

When I first started offering coaching sessions ~2 yrs ago, I was filled with self doubt.

"Am I really qualified for this?"
"Will I really be able to create results that people are happy to pay me for?"
"Am I READY for this?"

And I realized I had no way of knowing how ready I was or how good I was until I TRIED IT.

No amount of speculation would give me any clarity.

Then came a moment where I sat down with myself and asked myself,

"Is this really what I want to do and who I want to be?"

And it was a clear and obvious yes.

So I simply had to make a DECISION to be READY.

I said to myself... "This is who I am and this is what I do."

And there was clarity in that.

In the next 4 days I had 3 people I didn't know reach out to book calls with me.

It totally just dropped in my lap seemingly out of the sky.

And since then I've had MANY experiences like that... where external results follow IMMEDIATELY after making an internal shift.

I've repeatedly found that the key to stepping into the next level is often simply to DECIDE that you are ready for it.

TURN YOUR DOUBT AGAINST ITSELF to close the GAP between where you are and where you wanna be.

Works the other way around too:

When you feel good about yourself, you tend to treat other people the way you like to be treated.

So you get in this cool positive feedback loop where you feel good about people and they feel good about you.

People respect you as much as you respect yourself;

Trust you as much as you trust yourself;

Like you as much as you like yourself.

Hard to swallow pill for some, but how you are generally treated by others is NOT A MYSTERY:

They treat you the way you treat yourself.

I understand infinity as being infinite because new potentials are always being born.

1+1 equals 2. But now that 2 exists, it creates the potential for 3. And so on.

Seth explains the purpose of life as "value fulfillment." In other words all things are always in a process of striving for and reaching its own highest potential expression.

But the fulfillment of those potentials create new potentials.

And that's the universe in motion. Eternal expansion.
