@layle_ctf Very cool! are you going to implement a ROM coverage view as well? (for each byte in the ROM save a counter of how many times that address was read) can be used to find dead code, unique functions, main-loop hotspots, unused assets, etc
@esrtweet@amelia_tweetz I would be overjoyed if we just removed the bottom 1% every generation like the previous 4000 years of western civilization starting with the Greek and Roman empires.
@probonopd There is some kind of ideological component to it. I'm very willing to accept rust if it was better than the code it replaced, but so often it's promising to be better in the future but needs to be integrated now for some reason. Just let it cook a bit first before merging guys.
@JacobGun555929@Awk20000 Several presidents like Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, even Joe Biden just outright ignored supreme court rulings during their term. If ignoring a ruling is popular it almost always work out in the president's favor.
@MattWalshBlog A pregnant Canadian can vacation in Mexico and birth a US citizen in the airspace above the US without having ever stepped foot on US soil. This is an outrageous interpretation of the 14th amendment and I hope the supreme court limits jus soli, but I'm unfortunately not confident
@RuiCarrilho5 The efficiency argument is 100% factual, but flawed - it almost assumes that there won't be abundance in the future. All of these components were affordable before and will be again once supply and demand settle.

@myonlinetrust@thiojoe That's a great point, get rid of all taxes on capital that is invested. I don't think there should be any income-based taxes at all, but that's another story.
