Waiting 9 days to get an RMA going with @Ubiquiti . Not sure what their malfunction is. I've purchased lots of their gear and encouraged others to do so. Should I buy Aruba next time? Just give me the courtesy of a reply.
@Ubiquiti Contacted the CEO of @Ubiquiti because they can't (won't) reply to my messages on an RMA. I've always loved your product, but this is experience is seriously making me rethink my purchasing decisions. Am I asking for too much to get an RMA going after 9 days?
@Ubiquiti Trying to figure out why it takes 9 days to not get RMA instructions. Is this how you honor your warranty? I'm just looking for something that isn't a canned response. Please help. This is getting ridiculous.
@BowersWilkins I am having a really difficult time with support over my almost brand new PX7 S2 headphones. The pads broke quickly and are backordered indefinitely. I now have $400 headphones I can't use. Could someone reach out and try to help me find a solution?
@ATTHelp @yellowlenslyfe It's of utmost importance to me that you either return that pristine-condition iPhone XS to me, OR remove the non-returned device charge from my account. It's of utmost importance to me that my phone carrier care a TINY bit about customer service.
@michaelkent@ATTHelp I have noticed the very same thing. Don't expect them to fix it though. They don't fix problems. Ever. Unless "fixing" means lining their pockets with ill-gotten gains.
@ATTHelp@michaelkent They'll be able to "look into" this so long has "looking into" means your wallet. They'll make HUGE billing errors and expect you just to pay anyway.
@ATTHelp @WanzoLori Don't believe them. They have little intention of helping, unless its helping themselves to your wallet and any phones you might have the misfortune to trade-in.
@ATTHelp@Barker813 Don't believe them. They don't give a crap. They're literally stealing money from me and refuse to address the issue. Use this opportunity to do business with a reputable company
@ATTHelp Still waiting on my money. Nice of you to "lose" an iPhone XS on my behalf, right in time for the holidays. Even better that your staff is completely apathetic, to include the social media people monitoring this. I see you reply to other customers like they matter
@ATTHelp PS: I'll go away any time you want to restore justice to the universe and credit me for the pristine phone I traded in and you received! I have the tracking info and I've shared it. You don't get to keep the phone AND the money, tempting though it is. #noethics#fraud
@ATTHelp I have a new logan for you! "What can we take from you today?" Sort of reminiscent of that old Microsoft ad. I think it summarizes your business plan perfectly!
@nicaclauds@ATT@ATTHelp Trust me: Even long-time customers matter nothing to them. at&t does what at&t does. Customer satisfaction is the furthest thing from their minds.
