@Ryanair what insensitive and uninterested staff in your customer care.
Trying to get authorisation for CPAP, form completed- flight in 8 hours and still no authorisation. Customer care not interested in helping. I will never use @Ryanair again.

@regattaclothing dissapointed that I bought the hillpack gillet in a size 12 which fits perfectly, then hillpack jacket in the same size which is far too small,have to now spend Β£3.99 to return it. would have thought that the sizing on 2 items named the same would be consistent
