Ticketmaster can not resolve it has to be yourself. But I’m told because I didn’t log within 7 days it’s out of your control.

However the problem was with the venue not your tickets I have a trail and the ladies information who sold me the tickets

@viagogo going round in circles purchased tickets for an event on 27/7 recieved a refund from original company ticketmaster due to an issue with the venue. I have been in constant contact with venue and ticket master. They advised me today 19/8 to contact yourself to

Arrange a refund due to ticketmaster only been able to refund the original purchaser, I have been on live chat and a 45 minute phone to be told nothing can be done.
The seller has full amount of money for tickets purchased and now a refund of my money please can someone assist
