The Pell Grant, established in 1972 to help low and middle-income students pay for college, turns 50 this
year! In 2021, Penn State had a total of 18,000 Pell grant recipients across our commonwealth.

#PSUCapitalDay is today! Right now, Lion Caucus is on a bus with 40 other students heading to Harrisburg to advocate for Penn State.

We’re not alone in our efforts, either. We have about 40 additional students coming from across the Commonwealth to join us in Harrisburg today.
