This is Skyler DeLeon. In 2004, he and three accomplices orchestrated the double murder of Tom and Jackie Hawks, a retired couple who was killed so that DeLeon could take possession of their $500k yacht. The Hawks were tied to one of the anchors and thrown alive into the Pacific Ocean. DeLeon was sentenced to death, and incarcerated in San Quentin to await execution.

In 2019, however, DeLeon decided to hop on the gender train. Long known for sexual deviance, he now claims - fifteen years later - that he murdered the Hawks in an attempt to get money for gender reassignment surgery.

DeLeon began hormone therapy in prison, made a half-hearted attempt to cut off his penis, then sued the state of California demanding gender reassignment surgery on the taxpayer’s dime.

He has since received both vaginoplasty and breast augmentation surgery, and has applied for a transfer to the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla.

I will note here that breast augmentation is not available for female inmates in the CA system. Neither is post-mastectomy reconstruction.

Until recently, Mr. DeLeon’s condemned status has served as an effective barrier to his transfer to CCWF; however, with CA governor Gavin Newsom’s moratorium on the death penalty, that barrier no longer exists. DeLeon has already been transferred off of Death Row to a medical unit, so that most significant hurdle has already been cleared. It is therefore highly possible — even likely — that DeLeon will eventually be placed in CCWF.

To be clear: Skyler DeLeon is a serial killer. He was already a murderer when he killed Tom and Jackie Hawks, and that homicide too was committed for financial gain. It is worth nothing that after the first murder, DeLeon was in possession of $50k, more than enough for the gender reassignment surgery he claims he killed the Hawks for. Instead, he spent that money on — among other things — a new car and a $700 sex toy.

The fact is that Skyler DeLeon is a pervert and a murderer who is exactly where he belongs: behind bars in a men’s maximum security facility. At 5’9 and 145 pounds, he is more than large enough to pose a significant threat to most women, and to place him in a women’s prison would be to add yet another dangerous male felon to an environment where no men should be.

It is beyond ridiculous that CA taxpayers were forced to cover the costs of his fetishistic surgeries, and his claim of womanhood is clearly a ploy to get out of San Quentin and into CCWF. I only wish I didn’t think the state of CA would fall for it.

Next thing they’re aware there are seven police surrounding their house with their guns drawn, telling them to come out with their hands up .
Her husband was misidentified due to a flock camera mistake.
Apparently, the suspect being perused was African-American.
The only compensation for their trauma that was offered to them was a police ride along 🤨
I’d be suing the dept into oblivion.
