There is no excuse for failing to combat antisemitism in the classroom, whatever your โpoliticsโ may be.
A nine-year-old boy has reportedly been withdrawn from his school by his parents over its handling of an alleged conversation about the 7th October Hamas attacks on Israel between the boy and his teacher.
According to the father, his son spoke to his teacher about a previous family discussion on Hamasโ targeting of Israelis at the Nova festival, to which the teacher replied โactually itโs the oppositeโ. The father also noted โshe was denying the criminality of what Hamas did on that day โ she was saying that it was deserved because they were โfreedom fightersโโ.
Prior to this conversation, the boy had allegedly been subjected to abuse at the school, including fellow pupils shouting โF*** Israelโ and โFree Palestineโ at him.
According to @JewishChron, the school ignored the fatherโs calls to organise antisemitism training following this latest incident, and also refused his suggestion of sending the teacher to see the Nova exhibition, stating that their staff โcanโt be forced into politicsโ.
The boy has since been removed from the school and was sent to a Jewish faith school. His father reportedly said: โI could never again send him to a non-Jewish school. Thatโs finished. I lost all my trust.โ
This is a national disgrace. Nearly nine in ten โ 88% โ British Jews believe that if anybody in their family were choosing a school, antisemitism would be a factor in their choice, according to our polling.ย
Schools have a responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils, including Jewish learners. Until they hold staff accountable for hateful conduct, these perceptions will not change.

One of Qatar's favorite lies is that it "doesn't fund the Muslim Brotherhood." Qatarโs foreign minister even went as far as saying there were no Brotherhood members in Qatar.
The Muslim Brotherhood itself refutes this.
You see, Doha has long hosted the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS), the Brotherhoodโs international religious leadership which was founded by Yusuf al-Qaradawi.
In a little-known February 2025 interview, current IUMS president Ali al-Qaradaghi revealed just how extensive Qatar's support has been.
He said that in 2010, the union asked then-Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani for permission to open a Doha branch.
Instead, the emir proposed registering the entire organization in Qatar and later issued a decree approving it.
Qatar also arranged a private plane so union officials could meet foreign leaders, and the current emir, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, later gave the union its permanent headquarters.
Al-Qaradaghi named Qatar and Turkey as the IUMSโs biggest supporters.
Quite the admission, isn't it?
WATCH WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE THE โSETTLER VIOLENCEโ CLIP.
Far-left activists, Palestinians and media cameras surround and provoke a Jewish resident โ apparently waiting for the reaction they can film.
Then the context disappears.
The edited clip lands on Al Jazeera, Times of Israel and across social media as another example of โviolent settlers.โ
Sometimes the real story starts before the camera angle they want you to see.

After 48 hours I will calculate the average.
Hope it will be close to at least 9.
So let's do it.
Number only. Explain later.
