Velina short term she is our only Wind element character
Long term element coverage doesn't matter as much so long as it isn't a hard counter elemental resistance
Short term elemental coverage makes progress smoother

@Ex0t1c3 Because people save up for their favs and need to swipe less as a result. Take Yanagi as an example for myself personally. After missing her first run and losing 50/50 on her rerun, I've saved up over 300 pulls towards guaranteeing her and her W-Engine. That alone is 400$~
