Sanctions Based on Lies and False Statements — While Billing Your Client and Insurance Company?

Please tell me: Where in either of these two Orders does it prohibit speech?

Both Orders state that the courtroom proceedings and records are closed or sealed from the public. Neither Order says the parties are prohibited from speaking about the case or distributing their own documents.

Where is the legal gag order?

If no such order exists, how were monetary sanctions obtained by claiming one did?

And if attorneys billed their client or an insurance company based on those proceedings, that deserves serious scrutiny.

Show the Order. Show the language. Show the authority.

If there is no gag order, stop calling it one.

WHY WE ASKED FOR JUDGE Edward KIEL TO BE RECUSED

Under Judge Kiel’s watch, our cases have faced repeated procedural problems:

• Appeal delays — bankruptcy appeals that the Court indicated would be addressed in July 2026 remain unresolved.

• Questionable returned-mail issue — our appeal was administratively closed based on alleged returned mail, even though we disputed that premise and presented evidence concerning the court’s use of our addresses.

• Missing/truncated transcript pages — portions of transcripts important to our jurisdiction and fraud arguments were missing or incomplete. It took three attempts to get the record corrected.

• Repeated procedural obstacles — instead of our cases moving forward cleanly on the record and the law, we have repeatedly had to fight just to get filings, records, and appeals properly processed.

These are among the reasons we requested Judge Kiel’s recusal.

In my opinion regarding our matter, this is similar pattern we are questioning:

Alleged fraud → distraction → nonexistent gag-order narrative → sanctions → court orders → flip the story so the accused becomes the victim.

Jay tart with the alleged fraud.

Then, instead of answering the fraud allegations, he redirect the public's attention by turning an order into a supposed "gag order" and claiming we violated restrictions that we contend never existed.

Now the story isn't about the alleged fraud anymore. Jay is suddenly the victim, and we raising the allegations become the problem.

Then come sanctions and court orders that create the public appearance that you're "winning" and therefore must be right.

And we have raised an even more serious allegation: whether certain court orders were improperly obtained or paid for. That allegation needs to be independently investigated and proven.

That's changing the story.

Good info. Same firm who tried to serve the STALE or dead court summons in NJ Bankruptcy court and same firm in California who submitted fraudulent documents to California district court Judge resulting in an allege illegal judgment of $119k for Anit Slapp fees.

🚨 Nolan Wells Update: The Full Story Behind the Online Witch Hunt Against Bart Edmiston Jr.

Online accounts are still aggressively targeting Bart Edmiston Jr., a friend and former Ocean Springs High School football teammate of 18-year-old Nolan Xavier Wells.

Nolan, a wide receiver who had just started at Southwest Mississippi Community College, disappeared on July 4, 2026, during a group boat outing to Horn Island off the Mississippi Gulf Coast. His body was recovered on July 6.

Authorities have publicly described it as a suspected drowning with NO early indicators of foul play; the official autopsy results are STILL PENDING (headed toward a grand jury once the full investigation is complete).

Witness accounts have included heavy alcohol consumption, possible cocaine use, a female companion named Katie, and a boat that took on water.

Bart was in the area that day on his own boat. He is the one who actually towed the group’s boat when it had mechanical issues. He has never been named a suspect by Jackson County authorities, the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, or any other investigating agency.

Yet social media continues to push a false narrative that Bart was “jealous of Nolan” over a young woman named Katie (Katie McCormick). They’ve circulated an old photo of Bart with a female friend and claimed it was Katie. Except It is not Katie!

Bart’s attorney has stated he did not even know who Katie was prior to Nolan’s death and never dated her.

Bart and his family have now retained attorney Russell Latino. They have:

• Fully cooperated with investigators from the start (interviews, complete phone access, boat and GPS inspection—all without warrants or counsel initially)

• Provided a list of potential witnesses

• Sent cease-and-desist letters to specific accounts spreading the claims (see my previous reporting)

• Announced plans to pursue defamation lawsuits against those who have accused him of murder, covering up a crime, or being involved in Nolan’s death

• Reported receiving a credible death threat as a direct result of the online campaign

The family has been clear: Bart did not kill Nolan, did not witness his death, and did not participate in any “cover-up”. They are grieving the loss of a friend and want the truth for Nolan’s family just like everyone else.

I still believe Nolan would be sickened by the way some people are using his name to destroy other young lives with zero evidence.

Speculation, AI-generated content and audio, misidentified photos, and outright falsehoods have run rampant while the actual investigation continues.

Bart now plays college football for the University of Wyoming. He and his family are fighting back the right way! Through the legal system. If any of the accounts that have libeled him need a reminder of exactly what they posted, I’m happy to help document it.

Let the professionals finish the investigation. Stop declaring murder and demanding arrests based on social-media fiction!
