@samsutliff @IngaSaffron I think taking 2+ yrs to greenlight a privately funded proposal gave time for 76rs and Comcast to hammer out an alt plan that would avoid the unnecessary drama. Redeveloping the existing stadium complex became the path of least resistance. That matters.
