@bladgolem@goldenlaboobie whichever works for u. i don’t know ur body. test yourself and understand what you can handle. alternative day fasts are my good spot for consistent energy levels n weight loss. one day omad, next day fasting. or two days fasting, the next omad.
@goldenlaboobie literally me. i never count calories n i do not behave emotionally about food. i don’t cry or beat myself down if i eat something i wasn’t planning to. i either purge n then fast the next day. no one is forcing me to do anything, its my choice to be hungry
peak diet: don’t count calories. be nonchalant. eat 1 or 2 meals a day. have a banana if you want to. don’t count oat milk calories (they are not real). chug tea and water because it’s good and it feels good and tastes good. be kind and productive and weigh yourself 1x/week tops
