On the 18th of June, next Thursday, the three judges at the Court of Session will issue their judgement following the Lord Advocate's appeal against Lord Lake's February judgement in my claim against the Crown for their 2020 malicious prosecution of me.
This case has already made legal history and dependent on what they conclude could result in a new Criminal Justice Act being required to make Scots law compliant with ECHR.
The case has been largely ignored so far by the corporate media, so stay tuned here for further updates.
