During our trip in Italy, I rented a midsize automatic SUV, with baby carseat on @Expedia with @drivalia . When picking up, staff told me only thing they have is a manual Fiat 500, w/o carseat. Yet @drivalia still charged me full price, including charge for carseat! what a scam

@AHS_Warranty claims they will find a service provider in 24-48h, yet a week passed and they still can't find one for my water heater. No hot water just a leaking heater, every time I call, some random representative will just say "I'll make a note on your account". What a scam!
