@FreddyGreaves@GreenManFest@dr_lizz This is exactly our experience today. Had over 7 mins on the timer, approved payment and it then said timed out. It can't be over 7 mins left and also timed out at the same time. So frustrating.
@DrAnneJohnson1@GreenManFest There's a limit to how much 'pending' can sit on the account before no more spending capacity...despite no tickets. It really isn't good enough, its preventing payments by making us not have the cash available any longer to do it.
@MeganVandome@GreenManFest Sooooo many of us having the same thing. Money taken as pending from account but no confirmation email. But the pending money on the account stops being available to spend, so can't try endless times.
@PsychedelicTony @GreenManFest Exactly the same here, and the pending payments from the bank means it won't let us keep trying. The cash is essentially gone from our account as pending, but no tickets being issued. Not a good look @Ticketline
@GreenManFest We've got payment showing as gone in the bank, but told tickets released as we were over time (we weren't over time, had 7muns left to complete). Have we got tickets or not? Bank charged but screen saying no. Who knows.
@Ticketline@GreenManFest You're taking our cash as pending payments but no tickets issued. This isn't how buying tickets should work.
Are we meant to max out our credit card on the off-chance that one of the payments you take actually produces tickets?
@GreenManFest Can't keep trying because the cash has to he 'available'. Pending payments stops the money being there to spend.
My bank balance is reduced by the amount 'pending' so we can't try again and again and keep having the cash taken from account.
Doesn't work both ways!
@mattsaull @GreenManFest We've had exactly the same. Had 7 mins left to complete the transaction, but still had this message. Money showing as taken in bank.
@MartinSLewis Existing follower. I'd love you to donate to @GuysGiftCharity who support bereaved children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.
Along with the rest of the country, weβre saddened upon hearing the news of the death of HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
We have shared a blog post giving advice about talking with children about this.
