@DPDgroup_news so my parcel has been delivered to some random house, no idea where. Then takes 25 mins to get through to customer service to be told driver has an invalid contact number nothing they can do and am hung up on !!

@Primark love it when you buy 6 pairs of Christmas Pjs, get home and 1 pair has no trousers, call up store to be told they don’t have any left in but if I go in they will give me money off the pair with out trouser if I want to keep the top 🤦🏻‍♀️ Kinda defeats the purpose!!
