I don’t know, maybe I’m old school, but I genuinely love basics.
- You’re angry or dissatisfied? Speak, let’s talk about it.
- You don’t feel loved enough? Mention it.
- You feel ignored? Communicate it.
- You prefer affection in a different way? Teach me.
- Something I said hurt you? Bring it up.
- You need reassurance? Ask for it.
These days, people expect mind reading over actual conversations. Everybody wants to be “understood” without saying anything.
