We need annual compulsory training in any organisation that is involved with dealing with this atrocity and should be supporting the victims.
We have had it with money laundering in the finance sector for years.

@JChimirie66677 2 tier justice is the devaluation of a certain class of victim. If judges are going to be light handed with the perpetrators, then what is the point of of a trial. For victims to get justice, they should instead be allowed to sue the enablers who should have protected them.

Perth Australia were selling land for self build 20 years ago with time limits to build or lose.

There is a guy who hangs around bus stops in our high street. He stinks of dope, speaks to himself & suddenly starts shouting scaring everyone around him.
If he gets on a bus people scramble to get off incase he turns violent.
