Executive order 13848
https://t.co/CaJX2A4wl2
Section 1
. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.
(b) Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a):
(i) the extent to which any foreign interference that targeted election infrastructure materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, the tabulation of votes, or the timely transmission of election results; and
(ii) if any foreign interference involved activities targeting the infrastructure of, or pertaining to, a political organization, campaign, or candidate, the
extent to which such activities materially affected the security or integrity of that infrastructure, including by unauthorized access to, disclosure or threatened disclosure of, or alteration or falsification of, information or data.
The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order.
There's one drop regarding interference in Nov.
How do you 'remove' foreign INTERFERENCE and corruption and install US-owned voter ID law(s) and other safeguards?
It had to be this way.
Sometimes you must walk through the darkness before you see the light.
45 days brings us 18DEC
Last night I presented a resolution to the Gem County Republican Central Committee calling on the Idaho Legislature to pass equal legal protection for the pre-born. It passed unanimously.
Idaho law already calls a pre-born child a human being in our murder statute. Every human being deserves equal protection under the law, from fertilization on.
Looking forward to seeing this resolution at the @IdahoGOP Winter Meeting.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Grandad Farms of Emmett, Idaho, announces that all of its packaging will be English only. There will be no second-language panels and no "press 1 for English" when customers call. Grandad Farms remains committed to producing food for Americans.

THE UNITED STATES CANNOT AFFORD TO IGNORE A POSSIBLE ATTACK ON ITS ELECTION INFRASTRUCTURE
The National Security Argument for a Comprehensive Federal Forensic Investigation
Be it Resolved: When credible evidence raises the possibility that foreign adversaries financed, coordinated, infiltrated, or compromised American election infrastructure, the United States has a national-security obligation to investigate the full extent of the suspected operation.
Americans, consider one fundamental question:
If a foreign adversary penetrated the systems through which Americans exercise their sovereign right to govern themselves, would we recognize that intrusion as an attack on our nation?
If a foreign intelligence service penetrated the Pentagon’s command systems, we would investigate.
If foreign operatives compromised the Treasury’s financial infrastructure, we would investigate.
If an adversarial government secretly financed, infiltrated, or manipulated the machinery through which Americans choose their representatives, why would our investigative standard be any less demanding?
The ballot is not merely a piece of paper. It is the instrument through which the people delegate governmental authority.
An attack against the integrity of that instrument is an attack against the constitutional process and sovereignty of our republic itself.
I. The National Security Threshold
America does not wait for a bridge to collapse before investigating credible evidence that explosives have been planted beneath it.
Nor should America require proof that an election outcome changed before investigating credible evidence of unauthorized foreign access to election infrastructure.
The investigative threshold is reasonable suspicion supported by articulable evidence - not a completed criminal conviction.
Foreign financing, clandestine coordination, compromised voting equipment, manipulated ballot interpretation, unauthorized network access, and concealed relationships among election contractors would each justify appropriate investigation when supported by credible evidence.
Together, if connected through authenticated evidence, they could establish a coordinated operation directed against American constitutional governance.
II. Follow the Money. Follow the Access. Follow the Evidence.
A comprehensive investigation must answer five questions:
WHO FINANCED IT? Trace potentially unlawful funding through foreign entities, intermediaries, shell companies, contractors, and domestic recipients.
WHO COORDINATED IT? Establish whether foreign intelligence services, political organizations, technology providers, or domestic accomplices communicated or acted in concert.
WHO ACCESSED IT? Examine authenticated system logs, vendor permissions, software changes, equipment custody, and unauthorized access.
WHAT WAS ALTERED? Independently compare voter eligibility records, paper ballots, QR-code interpretations, cast-vote records, tabulations, and certified results.
WHO CONCEALED IT? Investigate evidence of deliberate falsification, obstruction, destruction of records, or coordinated deception.
These are not conclusions of guilt.
They are the questions a sovereign republic must be willing to answer.
III. The Constitutional Stakes
The United States Constitution establishes a government whose authority derives from the people.
If an adversarial foreign power deliberately subverted the mechanisms through which that authority is delegated, the consequences could extend far beyond ordinary election misconduct.
Such an operation could constitute espionage, cybercrime, unlawful foreign interference, or a broader hostile intelligence campaign.
Depending on its scale, effects, attribution, and legal circumstances, it could raise questions of national defense and hostile state action.
If investigators establish criminal corruption, prosecute the responsible parties under law.
We’ll know soon.
@POTUS@Freedom250
Don’t say I didn’t warn you about tonight.
Uniparty thinks they have prevailed.
Black pilled are black pilling even more.
Ardent Trump supporters are scratching their heads in confusion.
Buckle up.
MAJOR POWER OUTAGE HITS WASHINGTON, D.C. — WORLD BANK, IMF, STATE DEPARTMENT & GWU AFFECTED — JUST 24 HOURS BEFORE MIDTERMS!
Well, isn’t THIS interesting… 👀
Add this to the list….
NOVEMBER 2 — FOGGY BOTTOM, WASHINGTON, D.C.
🔴 1,176 Pepco customers reportedly affected by multiple outages.
🔴 WORLD BANK & IMF: Buildings reportedly lose electricity.
🔴 U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT: Power disruptions confirmed.
🔴 GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY: Multiple campus buildings lose power, disrupting classes and technology services.
🔴 MANHOLE EXPLOSION REPORTS: Witnesses describe smoke coming from underground electrical infrastructure, including a reported manhole explosion outside the World Bank.
🔴 TRAFFIC DISRUPTIONS: Traffic signals reportedly knocked offline.
Now consider what we’ve documented over just the last several days:
▪️ OCTOBER 26–27: Hackers target the Federal Election Commission, forcing its electronic filing system offline.
▪️ OCTOBER 28: Reporting identifies emergency stockpiling guidance across 33 countries.
▪️ NOVEMBER 1: UKRAINE’S EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM HACKED! Citizens receive FALSE warnings of an imminent NUCLEAR MISSILE ATTACK, radiation emergencies, chemical attacks and street fighting. The alerts reference Russia’s nuclear-capable Oreshnik missile.
▪️ NOVEMBER 2: RUSSIA’S EMERGENCY ALERT APP ALSO HACKED! False nuclear warnings reportedly reach 33 Russian regions.
▪️ NOVEMBER 2: EUROPEAN SUPERMARKETS TARGETED BY CYBERATTACKS! Refrigeration systems across Sweden, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Estonia and the Netherlands are disrupted, with temperatures reportedly manipulated as high as 50–55°C, spoiling food supplies. Finland is also named in reports.
▪️ NOVEMBER 2: Japan renews its national emergency preparedness appeal.
▪️ NOVEMBER 2: Major electrical failure strikes Washington, D.C., affecting prominent financial and government institutions.
▪️ NOVEMBER 3: U.S. MIDTERM ELECTIONS.
And remember, these European refrigeration attacks follow a similar October cyberattack affecting hundreds of French supermarkets.
We’re now documenting attacks on election-related systems, emergency warning infrastructure and food refrigeration systems — alongside a major power disruption in Washington, D.C.
All of this comes amid the broader cybersecurity and infrastructure threat narratives we’ve tracked since the summer.

🚨 BREAKING — TRUMP WINS IN COURT: The full Fifth Circuit just ruled that ICE detainees with pending immigration cases have ZERO constitutional right to a bond hearing, no matter how long they've been held
BIG WIN FOR ICE! 🇺🇸
Mandatory detention has been the law since Congress passed it in 1996. For decades it was ignored, and illegals got sent back into our nation to wait on court dates many NEVER showed up for
Huge win for DHS! 👏🏻
You know what's more expensive than $4 a gallon gas?
Paying student loans I never took out.
Paying for free food for someone that shouldn't even be here.
Paying healthcare for people that jumped the border.
Paying for infrastructure in a country I've never been to.
Paying for military protection for people that hate us.
Paying the salary of politicians trying to destroy this country.
Paying judge’s salary that no longer support justice.
These things are costing me a hell of a lot more than a gallon of gas…
🇺🇸 PRESIDENT TRUMP SAYS MELANIA IS BRINGING UKRAINIAN CHILDREN BACK TO THEIR FAMILIES
“She wants to see babies come back to their families.” He says she got a ceasefire done in a very rough place. “She has done a great job.”
Ilhan had a fake name, fake past, is connected to the Muslim Brotherhood, and managed to make her way into office via the Democrat Party, to steal from the American People.
Sound familiar?
Do you see what’s happening here? This isn’t about Ilhan. IT’S ABOUT OBAMA!!! Trump always uses Obama’s middle name, “HUSSEIN”, for a reason.
This is about notifying the American People about a serious threat to National Security. This is about breaking the news to the masses that Obama and the Democrat Party are an illegitimate party compromised by our adversaries, seeking to destroy this nation from within.
First we have to show The People that this serious situation exists, and then we have to show them how far up the ladder it goes. The Democrat Party has been corrupted and weaponized by foreign adversaries, and something substantial must be done about it.
Locking all traitors up and prosecuting them is the easy part. Getting 300+ million Americans to understand that the White House and our government was actually compromised… that’s the hard part.
🔥 RFK Jr. is at President Trump's Florida rally telling the world his liberal friends were DEAD WRONG about 47
"A lot of my liberal friends said to me, 'oh, you better not shake hands with that guy, because he's going to double cross you. He's going to lie to you, he's going to use you to help him win an election, and then he's going to DISCARD you.'"
"So I want to tell you this:
Every commitment, every promise that Donald Trump has made to me, he has kept in SPADES." 👏🏻
TRUMP v. CLINTON — RUSSIAGATE RETURNS TO THE SUPREME COURT
A significant development in the years-long legal battle over the origins of the Trump–Russia investigation.
On October 21, the Supreme Court distributed President Trump’s petition for consideration at its November 6 conference, potentially opening the door to review of his dismissed lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and numerous other defendants.
THE BACKSTORY:
In March 2022, Trump filed a sweeping civil lawsuit alleging that Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Fusion GPS, Christopher Steele, and others participated in a coordinated effort to falsely associate his 2016 presidential campaign with Russia.
The lawsuit included allegations involving:
• The Clinton campaign’s funding of opposition research that produced the Steele dossier.
• The dissemination of allegations concerning Trump and Russia to journalists and federal authorities.
• Alleged coordination among political operatives, researchers, attorneys and others to damage Trump’s campaign, presidency and business interests.
• Alleged violations of federal racketeering laws (RICO), along with additional state-law claims.
HOW DID WE GET HERE?
2022: Federal Judge Donald Middlebrooks dismissed Trump’s lawsuit, finding serious legal deficiencies, including expired statutes of limitations and insufficiently supported claims.
2023: The judge imposed approximately $938,000 in sanctions against Trump and attorney Alina Habba, finding that the litigation was frivolous and brought in bad faith. Additional sanctions were imposed in related proceedings.
November 2025: The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals largely upheld the dismissal and sanctions.
May 2026: Trump’s request for rehearing was denied.
July–August 2026: Justice Clarence Thomas granted two extensions allowing Trump’s attorneys additional time to prepare their Supreme Court petition.
October 9: Trump formally petitioned the Supreme Court to review the case.
October 19: Clinton and other respondents waived their right to submit an initial response.
October 21: The petition was distributed for the Supreme Court’s November 6 conference.
HERE’S THE IMPORTANT LEGAL DISTINCTION:
Trump’s attorneys argue that his constitutional responsibilities as president justified suspending the statute of limitations on his private civil claims while he was serving his first term.
They also challenge the sanctions imposed for advancing that argument.
In other words, the Supreme Court is being asked to consider whether the lower courts improperly prevented Trump’s claims from proceeding and penalized his attorneys for their legal arguments.
WHY THE TIMING IS INTERESTING:
This is unfolding alongside renewed scrutiny of the origins of Russiagate, including declassification developments and allegations concerning how the Trump–Russia narrative was constructed.
We’ve been following these developments for months as part of a broader resurgence of controversies originating between 2016 and 2020.
Now the original Trump–Clinton civil litigation has reached the Supreme Court’s doorstep.
THE BIG QUESTION:
Could a Supreme Court ruling create an opportunity for Trump to pursue claims that were previously dismissed?
But on November 6, they’ll consider whether this legal battle warrants Supreme Court review.

Next Wednesday, October 28, 2026 is NINE YEARS since the First Q Drop 👀👀👀, the last week of Red October, and the last week before the Midterms. What could possibly happen?? 😆😅👀🐸🔥
🚨 A WAVE OF ARRESTS AND INDICTMENTS OF ELECTED OFFICIALS — IS A NATIONWIDE CRACKDOWN UNDERWAY?
In just the last 90 days, we’ve identified at least 9 current or former public officials across 7 states facing criminal charges or newly unsealed indictments.
And look at the timing:
🔴 OCT 22 — VIRGINIA: State Sen. Louise Lucas (D), one of Virginia’s most powerful lawmakers, federally indicted on allegations involving marijuana trafficking, racketeering, money laundering and corruption.
🔴 OCT 21 — FLORIDA: Kissimmee Mayor Jackie Espinosa arrested on grand theft and fraud charges involving COVID-era grants.
🔴 OCT 6 — CONNECTICUT: Former State Sen. Dennis Bradley charged in an absentee-ballot case.
🔴 SEPT 18 — VIRGINIA: Haysi Mayor Larry Yates arrested on embezzlement and fraud-related charges.
🔴 SEPT 9 — TENNESSEE: County Commissioner Will Richardson arrested on felony tax charges.
🔴 AUG 26 — MASSACHUSETTS: State Rep. Francisco Paulino arrested in connection with alleged pandemic-relief fraud.
🔴 AUG 14 — MASSACHUSETTS: Lawrence Mayor Brian DePeña arrested on federal fraud and money-laundering charges involving COVID loans.
🔴 AUG 12 — TEXAS: Stamford Mayor James Michael Decker federally indicted over allegedly diverting approximately $308,000.
🔴 AUG 6 — MISSOURI: Interim County Executive Philip LeVota’s federal corruption indictment unsealed.
NOW CONSIDER THE BIGGER PICTURE:
On March 26, federal prosecutors established a dedicated Benefit & Voter Fraud Team in Massachusetts.
On April 7, the DOJ announced a new National Fraud Enforcement Division.
And now we’re seeing a series of criminal cases involving elected officials, with allegations ranging from pandemic-relief fraud to money laundering, bribery and abuse of public office.
ARE WE WATCHING A BROADER CRACKDOWN BEGIN TO UNFOLD?
The convergence of new enforcement initiatives and these high-profile criminal cases certainly warrants closer examination.
Nine officials. Seven states. Ninety days.
The question isn’t just who’s being arrested. It’s whether we’re witnessing the beginning of a larger enforcement trend.

@ihatespamiam@realDonaldTrump You have been brainwashed to believe Russia is bad.. become a “conspiracy theorist” and start asking questions. I suppose you support the Ukraine regime?
@becken_ok@realDonaldTrump@CyndiMunsonOK I thought I saw you there. Were you the one that the child put money in your jockstrap? Or were you waving the pride flag supporting the mutilation of childrens sex organs?
