@JReinerMD 5 days is the “wear a bandanna” of 2021. Healthcare workers are tired. This just adds to our moral injury. We went into medicine to care for our neighbors and after a dozen extra post grad years of training and $100’s K debt we are basically expendable.

@NNkinsi Yes. Don’t settle or feel like you have to rush. Be happy with yourself first. Met mine at 30 had my daughter at 36 going into GI fellowship. Important to understand doctors are on a different life schedule than others.
