@marksandspencer I have been back for a coffee yet but will try probably another M&S now as it’s always embarrassing when you have to basically beg for a free coffee you are entitled too. But thank you for your help.
@marksandspencer can we talk about the awful service the new screens provide at the #camberley#M&S cafe? How do you expect people to navigate this? Also the rude customer service when I said I had a free coffee to be told I didn’t because #sparks said no! My app says I do! Help!
@marksandspencer Thanks but the whole process needs to be improved.. older people can’t just use the screens and it instantly puts them off. My parents have already said they won’t bother going as the bracknell store isn’t like that and there is a costa as an alternative in camberley.
We were in #london yesterday and it was scary! There were several people who really just wanting to annoy the police even in the evening after the demonstration. I totally get the demonstration but why they have to ruin the point I don’t get! #FreePalestine

You can’t beat good #CustomerService I may not still have broadband and the partnership @skytv have with @bt_uk is super frustrating, but the lady from Sky has been super helpful in trying to rectify the issue. Her level of customer service is the best!
