@Hermesparcels its impossible to speak to anyone at Hermes without a tracking number. Im trying to send a parcel which contains Perfume. However in the prohibited items it says you're not allowed to do this. Does anyone know if this has been relaxed like Royal Mail has in the UK?

Currently on the phone ( it’s been an hour ) to @bt_uk to sort out my fibre optic broadband which I ordered on 18th August. It’s still not working. I’ve spoken to many BT representatives retold the same story and it’s still not working # poor service
