@OctopusEnergy Yeah ok, have had 4 days recorded in total for the month but the half hour feed is the problem…….ok then! (In July the meter didn’t connect once…long 24 hr wait!)

@KitbagUK@TangentQueen What do you can send one poxy DM to another customer and then not respond again! That’s what happens you send one response and then back to no contact. I hate the thought of other customers actually getting their hopes up that it may get resolved.

@KitbagUK another day trying to resolve this, got someone on the phone earlier who said I would get an email about my refund by 10am but shock horror nothing!!!
