Devastating MA #COVID report card from @GrahamTAllison "Among the 50 states in the union, on three of the four key performance measures, Massachusetts is currently earning an F." #mapoli

I am a tavern owner in Portland. Wages went from $11 to $14 over the last couple years. $15 next year. Our prices raised 10% IF THAT and our staff and customers have spending money. IT IS FINE. Don’t speak for me when you say small businesses will struggle. WE ARE NOT.
"One of the Baker administration’s top climate change experts said public transit doesn’t figure prominently in the state’s roadmap for getting to net zero emissions by 2050."
Well, that's a great way to make sure you don't reach the goal. #mapoli https://t.co/XG3g3u7I0J
Trump incited a mob of white supremacists and domestic terrorists to attack our Capitol. If Congress fails to impeach and convict him for this act of insurrection, it would send a message to future Presidents that they are free to abuse their power to overthrow our democracy.
This is why Congress needs time to actually read this package before voting on it.
Members of Congress have not read this bill. It’s over 5000 pages, arrived at 2pm today, and we are told to expect a vote on it in 2 hours.
This isn’t governance. It’s hostage-taking.
Our Gov. won’t define Use of Force & wants EOPSS to train police. The US DOJ just found a “pattern & practice” of 8th Amendment violations at the MA DOC. Who oversees MA DOC? EOPSS. No thanks! Call 617-725-4005 or RT @MassGovernor ASAP to restore definitions & independence. LFG!
Bots, all of them. This exact same tweet sent by completely different people. So if they don’t actually live (or live in the US), then the threat of moving is kinda empty, no?
It's not enough to just send Donald Trump packing, or even just to repair the damage he’s done.
We’ve got to unrig and rebuild the systems that made his rise possible to begin with, and that allowed his administration to hurt so many people in so many ways.
What happens next matters.
In the past, efforts to build "unity" and "consensus" in Washington have too often meant turning over the keys to giant corporations and their lobbyists.
We can't let that happen again.
